What you need to know
- Please pick your order up during your selected pick-up window once you've received an email and/or text message confirming your order is ready.
- We'll hold your order for 24 hours, after that it will be canceled.
- Bring your photo ID.
- Make sure your vehicle is prepared for your order.
Where to go
Park in a numbered parking space in Click & Collect Order Pick-Up area on the south side of the building along SW 43rd Street. Get directions to pick-up location.

After you've checked in, please remain in your vehicle and we will be out with your order shortly.
Health & safety
In line with the statewide mask mandate, IKEA requires customers and co-workers to wear masks while indoors on IKEA property regardless of individual vaccination status. Other COVID-19 safety protocols including social distancing and cleaning will stay in place for the time being.
